A summer wedding at DeeBar Ranch in Bend Oregon. We started off this intimate Bend Oregon summer wedding with a private ceremony on the island at DeeBar Ranch. Just Rev Chris Lewis, a few important parental figures, the bride and groom, and of course me the wedding photographer. The wedding ceremony was lovely, with a lot of tears and some laughter too. Rev Chris is amazing and I always love wedding ceremonies he is officiating. I see him several times a year and its always a highlight. Because the wedding ceremony was so intimate, we made the timeline so we could shoot all of the bride and groom wedding portraits before the guests arrived. DeeBar ranch is a unique property out east of Bend Oregon and offers some beautiful backdrops for photos. This old vintage truck was really epic! I love how down my couples are to do whatever creative photo ideas I have. Shoutout to you guys <3
D + A have lovely taste as you can see by their wedding choices. Boho meets ranch if you will. They hired a mechanical bull to come out for the day and it was a HIT with the guests. I am honestly so impressed that the bride and groom went on in their wedding dress & suite. Badassess!! I think almost all of the guests rode the mechanical bull as well. (I know you’re curious, but no I didn’t ride it. I wanted to but there wasn’t a good time to step away from photos and I didn’t have a second shooter at this wedding. Maybe next time hehe)
