Long Hollow Ranch Wedding in Bend Oregon

This summer wedding at Long Hollow Ranch in Bend, Oregon was an absolute delight to photograph. Annie + Sam were so incredibly fun and laid back. The team at Indigo Bride always always do such a good job at making sure the day goes smoothly and taking care of any hiccups. I love working with experienced and thorough wedding planners.

Annie put together her details before I arrived and I am in LOVE with her shoes. They are just the cutest little ‘something blue’. Her dress is from Evie Young.

YES I do recommend a bridesmaids “first look”! These moments are so fun for the girl gang.

Annie + Sam did a private first look moment that they did not wish to be photographed— I respect it. But we did do bridal portraits immediately following. I love doing bridal portraits before the ceremony as it leaves you time to hangout with your guests during cocktail hour! With an 8 hour day, we had plenty of time to be still and get some gorgeoussss intimate shots. I tried to narrow down the gallery to make it share here easily and it was SO HARD to pick. There were just too many incredible photossss. (Because google needs pages to load fast I had to narrow it down. yes.i’m.crying.)

A moment for the bouquet from The Posie Shoppe!! Although be warned if you choose these flowers for your wedding bouqeut, they shed a black pollen and it did get on Annies wedding dress. She was *so* chill though and it brushed most of the way off. Any noticeable residue I retouched out.

This Bridal party was a lot of fun. I made them do a few rounds of this shot so I hate hope don’t hate me for the extra cardio hehe

The Ceremony was perfect, believe it or not it was raining but just before the wedding ceremony started the rain stopped. Which has to be good luck, right?

Obsessed that the wedding venue has HORSES and they are friendly too! So fun to include in your bridal portraits. I did call the ranch manager to double check and get permission though. I love when venues have a little something special like this.

Summer weddings in Bend Oregon are just the best. This reception was outside in front of the big barn at Long Hollow Ranch and it was shady but warm. The barn is the perfect backdrop for your Toasts and First Dances before moving inside for the dance party.
